Idaho Ice World with Protect Idaho Kids

While working with the Protect Idaho Kids Foundation, I was asked to help out at the Idaho Ice World free skating day. We gave out many gifts and bikes again! I had such a fun time helping that I can't wait to help in the near future. I believe in the mission they are getting out there into the community. To review their information and see how you can help, go to http://www.protectidahokids.com/. I am looking forward to being a life long contributor to the foundation and can't wait to continually reach those who need and want the information! Pictured with Bruce Wingate and Heather Cooper.

Boise Hawks Baseball game with Protect Idaho Kids

During the month of July, Mayor Dave Beiter has announced that from here on out, July is Protect Idaho Kids month! You can see the proclamation at http://www.protectidahokids.com/. It's pretty cool actually that even the Mayor can contribute to the cause of our children. I have been blessed to work with them and have had the opportunity to continually help raise awareness. The Boise Hawks baseball game was a lot of fun! We were able to give away two bikes, one boy and one girl, with helmets, gift cards for shopping and dinners and many more items. I also met Humphry the Hawk and spent some quality time with my family there too! I enjoy being able to invite my family to any and all of the events that I get to attend or be apart of. I also made some new friends on the field that evening, there was a scared little girl (she was around 2 1/2 or so) that needed some comfort while being in front of all those people and wanted me to pick her up. Then we walked off the field together, she was a doll!

Warm Springs Golf Tounament for Protect Idaho Kids

I have been working with a wonderful foundation called Protect Idaho Kids and their mission is to get the word out on services already provided locally such as "211" line and many more. They have done a lot of community projects to raise awareness to child abuse issues including the golf tournament at Warm Springs Golf Course in Boise, ID. They raised a good amount of money to help keep the cause going! Check out their website at http://www.protectidahokids.com/ and read all about them. Heather Cooper and Bruce Wingate are some of the kindest people I have met since becoming Mrs. Boise. I thank them from the bottom of my heart to allow me to be apart of protecting our future, our children.
